I second this question. Where are the class action law suits? Though we had agreed that we wouldn't be participants in this massive scam, unfortunately, I was unable to stoo my mom and her younger sisters from doing so. My grandfather, their dad, was in a care facility during the scam. Their rule was: no shots, no entry. My grandfather passed away not long after receiving the shots. My mom has had ongoing assorted issues though the effects have lessened over tine. Sadly, they were forced to make a choice: see their dad or don't see their dad. I told my mom that she needs to jump on board the first CALSuit that she cones upon.
Thankfully, I was able to stop my dad. He had a double heart valve replacement surgery in January of 2020. He would have never survived. Like a good friend of mine who is from FL. We went to school in central Florida. His dad too, had a heart valve replacement surgery but passed away shortly after receiving the shots. I told this friend that I would not be receiving these shots. He was non-committal but I know that he had them and I am beyond certain that he encouraged his father to, as well. You can't tell a friend who's parent died following the shots, "I told you so." That would brme unacceptable. But how do you look at a friend who encouraged a parent to have these shots that ultimately took their life?
How many people today, I wonder, live with a conscious that they can hardly co-exist with? I do sincerely hope that FL is able to get Cody's Law passed through successfully. There are a LOT of people who desperately need medical attention. We must all have gratitude for Heather's efforts in this objective and keep Cody & family in prayers and thoughts.

To answer your question about lawsuits, the vaccine manufacturers are given immunity from liability via the PREP Act.
I write about it often. It is unconstitutional, and Cody is a plaintiff in one of the Federal PREP act cases filed against the US Government.
