Cody is a very strong, brave and empathetic young man! He clearly comes from a loving family and we know he has the best Mama Bear in the world. I pray that Cody continues to heal and finds a local “tribe”. Please know up here in Minnesota we consider him part of the MN Team Humanity “tribe”.

Cody says, "Thank you "Auntie Lindsay!" You are such a constant and much-needed support to the vaccine injured. Your prayers are so appreciated. It is such a comfort to know that we have "our tribe" in MN.

Cody is truly a remarkable young man!

As a retired Lawyer and Health Care Provider who spent several years working with Multiple Medical Malpractice firms, I have a concern related to the lack of informed consent. I do not know about your State (jurisdiction), but in many, if not most jurisdictions, failure to obtain informed consent for any medical procedure that involves any kind of "touching" constitutes a "battery" and in many jurisdictions constitutes both "assualt and battery." Either way, the failure to obtain informed consent for a "touching" is a crime. Sometimes the crime is a "misdemeanor" other times, in jurisdictions that "scale" felonies, it is a lower level felony.

My understanding of the PREP Act is that it does not provide immunity for failure to obtain "informed consent". Also, under the Nuremberg Code, which is law in the US, any experimental drug/vaccine has to have a more through informed consent. That informed consent has to include that this is an experimental drug, it is (and was when Cody got the vaccine) still under long term (Phase ll) studies so a true risk benefit analysis can not be given. since it is an experimental drug/vaccine no one can force (mandate) you to take it and you could die if you take it. The informed consent has to be obtained by the same Health Care Professional who ordered the vaccine, not by an office nurse, receptionist or other office worker and has to be signed and dated by both the Health Care Professional and the patient. Under the Nuremberg code, it is my understanding that failure to obtain this more through informed consent can result in a prosecution, under the Nuremberg Code, for Crimes Against Humanity. This is a Criminal Prosecution not covered under the usual Medical Malpractice Insurance coverage which is for Civil Lawsuits where the penalty if the doctor loses the case is money damages to the patient. Under a Criminal Prosecution the Health Care Professional loses personal freedom and can be incarcerated for life without the possibility of parole or worse.

Hello, and thank you! I'd like to email you to catch up on your comments on this and the last post. I have worked through the summer with two attorneys to write the Executive Brief (published as a ten-part series on the LNPs here on my SubStack). We can compare notes and see if there is a way to help others to file cases.

I've been retired for some 11 years and my Brief writing is very rusty.

I tried responding to you directly through the "Forum29..." but it is returned as undeliverable.

Robert Malone MD Who Is Robert Malone (His Substack) had an article sent out at 3:26 AM today (9/20/23) titled "Myopericarditis and mRNA SARS-CoV-2 vaccines - FDA and CDC administrators lied, and people (particularly children) died." It has a good analysis of how FDA and CDC failed to follow their own guidelines and regulations on Informed consent with respect to C-19 vaccines.

What an amazing young man not only is he battling with the medical problems from the vaccine injury but he is somehow finding enough energy to move forward with his education and is publicly speaking out to warn others to try and prevent future harm to them, now that is a noble undertaking. Cody in the future will find his tribe or he will create his own tribe, of that I am sure. Such strength of mind and character will attract people to him like moths to a flame, well done Cody keep moving forward!

Thank you so much, Amat. Cody is so strong, and I know that you are right; he will find his tribe or create his own tribe. Thank you for your support and encouragement.

Boy, do I know how Cody feels when it comes to other people's reactions and questions. He is so lucky to have such wonderful parents. I was vax injured in 1971 with a typhoid inoculation. My last 50 years has been spent chasing one reaction after the other on a daily basis. I've learned so much from so many healers that I can self-diagnose and self-treat throughout the day. It's expensive. All the money I've made has gone into my health which is why I'm alive today. I'm 71 and have just learned that blood tests indicate I have lupus but not with all the typical symptoms. I've been on hydroxychloroquine for 7 months now and am finally beginning to feel a bit like I did at age 19 prior to the injection. It's a rough road and one of the hardest parts is not really feeling understood by others, you lose a lot of potential friends if you have to go right home after work to recuperate from the day. It makes you strong inside though, with inner depth many never achieve. I'll continue reading your substack as it makes me feel not so alone. I believe, as a teacher, Cody will be teaching far more than a particular subject. Students will pick up on Cody's depth and will come to him for life guidance.

Just found your Substack. I am so sorry you are going through. What also caught my attention was a picture of you with a doctor and the background looked familiar. Then I saw Florida and Green Cove Springs. I am nearby this area. If you can share what hospitals has your son been to? Hope you are getting the emotional support you need mom. I also have a son about this age. I hope there can be a treatment that gets him to good health.
