Excellent work! It was in fact this 2016 Stat News article that sealed the deal for me against taking the C 19 vaccines. In it, Moderna CEO Bancel and BioNTech's Katalin Kariko both describe LNPs as being' toxic' and as 'causing dangerous side effects'....especially when given in repeat doses!
Question for you- when I share this article with branch Covidians, they all immediately say that LNP safety was improved after 2016. Do you have information/ citations showing what was done to LNP to improve LNP safety after 2016, if anything?
I am familiar with the article by Bancel and Kariko. To answer your question, are you referring to the work that Acuitas Therapeutics did when they tweaked the cationic lipid and transformed it into an ionizable cationic lipid? With this, the lipid charge is made neutral in the human ph/body until the charge is changed in the cell uptake process. I think this work was done earlier than 2016.
You may also be speaking of the work to attempt to keep the lipids from being distributed to the liver/organs. I haven't written on this exclusively; however, the biodistribution is addressed and discussed in this series.
There have been so many changes over the years; however, the fundamental issues with the LNPs and nanoparticles shown in the medical literature explain that the biophysical features (size, shape, and even curvature) of the LNP that are known to cause the body to mistake the LNPs for viruses. Essentially, they are the same size as a virus molecule, and the body sees them as foreign, as shown in the literature.
In fact, the medical literature tells us that nanoparticles themselves (not just lipid nanoparticles) can bring about adverse events, immune dysregulation, and more.
If you get a chance, look into the biophysical features of nanoparticles and adverse events.
As I post this series on the LNPs, some of this information will be published. I'm a mom, not a doctor and everything I research is found in medical journals and pages like the FDA websites, etc. At the end of the series, there are over 100 reference articles and citations (that are linked to the respective quotes, medical articles, and subjects (including the above)) that will be found on the last page.

I confess I've not done any research on how LNP technology has evolved since 2016, so I wasn't referring to anything in particular wrt what changes have made then safe since then. I was just wondering in general because the Covidians keep telling me "LNPs are safe now!".... Looking forward to learning what you have discovered:)
Amazing detailed work in this written paper! It would seem that this is proof that the dangers of the LPNs and esp the PEG were known beforehand. Can’t people who have been injured use this info here to bring about lawsuits??
Someone needs to send this paper to Megan Kelly( journalist and podcaster) as she was just diagnosed with autoimmune disorder and her doctor from a very well known institute replied to her when she asked if the booster she took could have caused this? The doctor replied. Yes!
I wish I knew how to get this info to her. If she were to make this known and bring a lawsuit, I feel the tables could turn here. More people would hear about it and listen!

The goal of this work was to help with lawsuits, and likely, it does have ample information to help others. I hope it helps them.
The problem with the lawsuits is the PREP Act; I wrote on it last week and gave some details and a link, but essentially, it is that even in cases of willful misconduct, the vaccine manufacturers still have favorable conditions. before a suit can be brought forward, The HHS and US AG have to bring penalties against the vaccine manufacturers, and even if they do and lawsuits are allowed, the recovery is limited. Also, the statute of limitations is limited as well.

I wish more could be done immediately, but I intend to be more than a squeaky wheel; I will be a force of nature! I am working on a form to help all of us write to our lawmakers, Congress, and the investigators on these vaccine manufacturers to send to them to tell them of the changes we are insisting that they reform and/or investigate in the CICP, VICP programs, and the PREP Act.
